About the Role

As Recruiter – Europe , you will be responsible for full‑cycle recruitment across a diverse range of functions, including: Sales and Marketing, Operations, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical, Engineering and Corporate functions.

This is a key role within our European HR community, partnering closely with leaders across functions and contributing to both operational excellence and strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives. You will work in close collaboration with hiring managers and the HRD to deliver high‑quality recruitment outcomes while ensuring compliance with regulatory, quality, and data protection standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and regulatory constraints specific to the medical devices industry
  • Proactively source candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, agencies, employee referrals)
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates with a strong focus on technical skills, regulatory awareness, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate complex interview processes involving multiple European stakeholders
  • Support offer preparation and hiring decisions , ensuring alignment with local labor laws and internal approval processes
  • Own and manage the European Employee Referral Program , driving engagement and pipeline quality
  • Support onboarding and induction activities , including coordination with Quality and Compliance teams where required
  • Monitor and report on European recruitment KPIs (time‑to‑hire, volumes, pipeline health, source effectiveness)
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with GDPR, internal policies, and quality standards applicable to regulated environments
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives , recruitment process improvements, and European Talent Acquisition and HR projects

About You

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment , ideally within medical devices, life sciences, or other regulated industries
  • Strong understanding of European recruitment practices and stakeholder management
  • Ability to manage multiple roles across countries and functions
  • Comfortable operating in a matrixed, international environment
  • Organized, data‑driven, and proactive, with a collaborative mindset
