HR Coordinator EU (Retail)
We are looking for a dynamic, commercially minded HR Coordinator to support HR Retail activities across EU markets in close collaboration with HR Management. The role involves coordinating responsibilities related to recruitment, talent development, employee administration, health and safety, policies and procedures, employee relations, employment law, and a broad range of generalist HR functions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Integration of new hires and administration
- Plan and manage documentation for new hires, including the preparation of employment agreements
- Oversee the full employee administrative lifecycle, drafting and updating documents throughout their time with the company, and coordinate the necessary actions within HRIS where relevant
- Take part in onboarding and offboarding meetings to ensure a positive experience for both new joiners and departing employees
- Contribute to the development and improvement of onboarding and offboarding processes across the region
- Monitor probation periods and the associated documents, and follow up with line managers on related discussions
Recruitment and Talent Development
- Support Talent Acquisition efforts across Europe by identifying and recruiting talents, and actively promoting Diversity & Inclusion throughout the recruitment process
- Partner with business Managers to understand each department and role specific needs, required skills, and expectations, ensuring the best candidate fit
- Contribute to annual performance and salary review cycles, supporting career development and providing insightful input to business Managers
- Coordinate and manage related administrative actions, including the preparation and handling of associated documentation
Health and Safety and Well-Being at work
- Contribute to creating a safe and healthy workplace by ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations across the region
- Monitor evolving regulations, work with appropriate partners and organizations, and organize necessary training or documentation to maintain compliance
- Coordinate required actions and training in collaboration with business Managers
- Identify and implement new initiatives to promote health, safety, and overall well-being across the European markets
Policies and Procedures and Employment Law
- Ensure compliance with HR governance, regulatory requirements, and best practices across all European markets
- Plan, develop, and manage HR policies and procedures throughout the region
- Provide guidance and support to business Managers on HR strategies and best practices in compliance with local regulations
- Monitor and review the effectiveness of HR policies, recommending updates or improvements as needed
HR Projects
- Support the HR EU team in implementing and managing further global and regional HR initiatives, including HRIS, time and attendance systems, and related projects
- Contribute to the development of initiatives aimed at enhancing the region’s attractiveness, including Compensation & Benefits, training, and other talent-focused programs
What you will bring
- Fluency in French and full professional proficiency in English are mandatory
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong affinity for the fashion industry and its evolving trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Advanced organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
