Responsibilities

• Become ALB's local point of contact for your area.
• Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unique properties, unconventional accommodation, etc.).
• Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business (coordination of cleaning, maintenance, relations with property owners and guests).
• Organize your time and work from wherever you want (partial remote work / fieldwork).

Requirements

• Persuasive: You know how to convince owners to entrust you with the management of their property.
• Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, retail, hairdressing, or any other field—your willingness to learn and to do a great job matters most.
• Autonomous: You want control over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
