Real Estate Sales Agent

Responsibilities

• You will become the ALB point of contact for your area.
• Identify and onboard new properties for management (Apartments, Houses, Villas, Chalets, Atypical or Unusual Accommodations, etc.).
• Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business (coordination of cleaning, maintenance, and relationships with owners and guests).
• Organize your schedule and work from where you want (partial remote work / field-based).

Requirements

• Persuasive: You can convince owners to entrust you with the management of their property.
• Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, retail, hairdressing, or any other sector — your willingness to learn and to do a great job is what matters.
• Autonomous: You want freedom over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
