Real Estate Concierge Sales Agent — Flexible/Remote

Responsibilities

• You become ALB's point of reference in your territory.
• Development: Identify and secure new properties for management (Apartments, Houses, Villas, Chalets, Atypical or Unique accommodations...).
• Management: Run your portfolio like your own business (coordination of cleaning, maintenance, owner and guest relations).
• Freedom: Organize your time and work from wherever you want (partial remote work / fieldwork).

Requirements

• Persuasive: You know how to convince owners to entrust you with the management of their property.
• Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or any other sector — your willingness to learn and do a great job is what matters.
• Autonomous: You want schedule freedom while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
