- You will become ALB's point of contact in your area.
- Development: Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unique accommodations...).
- Management: Run your portfolio like your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, owner and guest relations).
- Freedom: Organize your schedule and work from wherever you want (partial remote / field work).
Requirements
- Persuasiveness: You can convince owners to entrust you with the management of their properties.
- Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or any other sector — what matters is your willingness to learn and to do a great job.
- Autonomous: You want control over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
