R&D Project manager Apprentice – Luxury Makeup 1 YEAR - STARTING SEPTEMBER 2026

As an R&D project manager apprentice, you will develop luxury makeup for Gucci and Burberry Beauty, gaining hands‑on experience in an innovative and international environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our R&D Project Management Apprentice, your main focus is product development, coordination, and innovation.

You will support the R&D team in managing the development of innovative luxury makeup products, ensuring compliance with quality, performance, and brand standards.

• Coordinate product development with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project timelines are met.
• Support shade extensions and limited editions development.
• Support base business on reformulation projects.
• Follow up on stability and claims tests in collaboration with labs.
• Analyse formula submissions and technical reports to ensure compliance with Coty’s standards.
• Support the preparation of documentation for internal validation and regulatory requirement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Packaging, Regulatory) to align on product objectives.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

Other than that, you:

• Have a scientific or engineering background in Cosmetics, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Possess strong organizational skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Are analytical and rigorous, ensuring the highest product quality and performance.
• Have excellent communication skills, facilitating collaboration with diverse teams.
• Are passionate about cosmetic products and trends.
• Are fluent in English and/or French (both are a plus for international interactions).
