CMI Analytics & Strategy Internship – 6 Months – July 2026

The Role

In the Global Luxury Consumer & Marketing Insights department, you will support international teams with their day‑to‑day operations and strategic thinking. Reporting to the Global Analytics & Strategy Senior Director, you will work on Prestige Fragrances, Skincare & Makeup categories and be responsible for:

• Understanding and mastering country and category dynamics (North America, Europe, Asia – Fragrance, Makeup, Skincare)
• Tracking performance of Coty Luxury brands and competitors
• Analyzing competitors’ strategies (portfolio management, distribution, pricing, etc.)
• Identifying business opportunities

Additionally, you will regularly update shared reporting tools, conduct in-depth category and brand analyses, answer day‑to‑day questions from marketing, trade, and country teams, and contribute to cross‑functional projects that delve into market dynamics and consumer insights.

• Excellent planning and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Strong IT skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint; not afraid of figures.
• Good presentation skills.
