Apprenticeship 1 Year - Starting September 2026

The Merchandising Apprentice position at Coty offers the opportunity to work on exiting creative and operational merchandising projects. It provides the chance to learn and expand your knowledge both in merchandising and perfume universe , and to contribute to Coty’s world .

Responsibilities

• Assist merchandiser in the creation and development of permanent & temporary projects
• Concept development (brainstorming , moodboards & sketches, agencies ’ brief and follow up)
• Material sourcing
• Merchandising guidelines elaboration
• Be in charge of the Go To Market part to ensure the perfect execution of our concepts on point of sale
• Facilitate exchanges between local and global
• Verification of the design s and technical drawing s
• Gestion of report and trackers
• Participate actively in the 360 team topics and work with different departments (marketing, digital, POSM production…)

You Are a Coty Fit

• You are interested in scenography and design, caring about details and quality.
• You are able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and respect deadlines.
• You are collaborative, curious and aspire to learn.
• You speak English fluently.
• H and sketches and 3D software ( sketchup ) skills is a plus.
