QA/QC Civil Site Supervisor (French-speaking)

About this Opportunity

TIS is currently looking for a QA/QC Civil (Génie Civil) Site Supervisor (m/f/d) to support offshore wind, HVDC, and infrastructure projects for our client, a leading company in the French energy sector.

Location: France / Europe | Site-based. French mandatory.

Your Responsibilities

• Supervise civil works, including concrete, foundations, structural, and construction activities
• Verify compliance with drawings, specifications, procedures, and applicable standards
• Review method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and construction documentation
• Coordinate inspections and surveillance activities on site
• Monitor welding and structural assembly activities
• Raise and follow up non-conformities (NCRs), punch lists, and corrective actions
• Support construction quality reporting and project documentation
• Interface with contractors, construction teams, inspectors, and project management

Your Profile

• 5–10 years of experience in civil, structural, or construction supervision
• Strong knowledge of construction QA/QC and site quality practices
• Experience in infrastructure, cable, HVDC, energy, or offshore projects
• Experience with inspections, surveillance, and quality reporting
• H0V B0 certification is an advantage
• French: mandatory
• English: working level
• Strong attention to detail and hands-on site mindset
