Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Antibes. The Property Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through property purchases and sales, providing real estate investment advice, and managing client relationships. The role includes conducting property evaluations, coordinating viewings, negotiating deals, and supporting clients in making informed decisions that align with their goals. The Property Consultant will also have an active role in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining high service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Property Evaluation, Negotiation, and Sales Processes
- Experience in Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Interpersonal Communication
- Proficiency in Market Analysis, Real Estate Investment Advisory, and Strategic Planning
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Fluency in multiple languages, including French and English, is highly advantageous
- Understanding of local real estate regulations and market trends in Antibes
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in luxury real estate consulting or property management is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and real estate software
