Investment Manager

A specialized headhunter in mid-level and executive positions is seeking, on behalf of a leading international real estate fund, an Investment Manager .

This role is ideal for a high-potential real estate professional (5–8 years of experience) looking to take a step up into a fully-fledged investment role, with exposure across acquisitions and asset management, while working closely with senior leadership on high-impact decisions.

Your key responsibilities:

• Lead and support the execution of real estate investment strategies across target markets.
• Identify, analyze, and execute acquisition opportunities, including underwriting, financial modeling, and due diligence.
• Contribute to investment committee materials and participate in deal structuring and negotiations.
• Work closely with senior leadership on portfolio construction, capital allocation, and long-term growth strategy.

Asset Management & Value Creation

• Oversee asset performance post-acquisition, ensuring alignment with the initial investment thesis and business plan.
• Drive value creation initiatives, including repositioning, operational improvements, and exit strategies.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs related to financial and operational performance across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with local teams to optimize asset-level execution and returns.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Build and maintain complex financial models (DCF, sensitivity analysis, scenario planning).
• Support decision-making through in-depth analysis of market trends, asset performance, and investment opportunities.
• Prepare high-quality investment memos, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (asset management, finance, legal, operations) throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Manage relationships with external partners, advisors, and local stakeholders.
• Act as a key interface between local teams and international leadership.

Your profile:

• 5–8 years of experience in real estate, ideally within an investment fund, private equity platform, or asset manager.
• Strong experience in acquisitions, financial modeling, and investment analysis.
• Solid understanding of real estate markets, investment cycles, and value creation strategies.
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions and cross-functional projects.
• Advanced analytical skills, with strong proficiency in Excel (knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or similar tools is a plus).
• Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Full professional fluency in English.
