International Property Sales Executive (French-Speaking)

We are looking for a French-speaking Sales Executive to join our growing property development platform in Mauritius.

This role is focused on selling real estate opportunities to French-speaking clients and driving conversions in a high-growth market.

This is not a support role – this is for individuals who can close deals, build client relationships, and generate revenue.

What You Will Do

• Manage and convert qualified French-speaking leads
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, and follow-ups
• Build strong relationships with international clients
• Advise clients on property investment opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams and local agents
• Drive deals from first contact to closing

What We Are Looking For

• Native or fluent French speaker (C1/C2 level)
• Strong sales background (3–8 years)
• Experience in: real estate, investment sales, luxury or high-value sales
• Proven ability to close deals and meet targets
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Self-driven and performance-oriented

Compensation
