We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a "PROJECT MANAGER (M/F) for a staff contract based in Luanda (Angola). This position is not an expatriate role, and there is no possibility for rotation.
"PROJECT MANAGER (M/F)": What will your missions and responsibilities be?
Main Responsibilities
Lead and manage EPC projects from initiation to completion, ensuring time, cost, and quality objectives are met
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are delivered
Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
Ensure compliance with local regulations, company standards, and HSE requirements.
Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for stakeholders
What profile and skills are required for this "PROJECT MANAGER (M/F)" role?
Required Profile
Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
Minimum 7–10 years of experience managing EPC projects in oil, gas, energy, or industrial sectors
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex projects
English mandatory (written and spoken)
Key Competencies
Project planning and execution
Risk management and problem-solving
Budgeting, cost control, and reporting
Contract and stakeholder management
HSE compliance and quality assurance
