Production Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide level 2 application support and handle production incidents.
• Monitor applications and processing/jobs using monitoring tools.
• Participate in production deployments and the integration of application changes.
• Ensure the operational continuity of applications.
• Diagnose incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Update operational procedures and runbooks/documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the quality and availability of services.

Requirements

• You have experience in IT production, operations, or application integration.
• You are proficient with some or all of the following technologies: Linux (Cent

  OS), Oracle, My

  SQL, SQL, Apache, Tomcat, Java, Control-M, Dynatrace, Splunk, IBM Tivoli Monitoring (ITM), Shell scripting, digital certificates (PKI).
• Recognised for your rigor, analytical skills, autonomy, and organisational abilities.
