Application Support Analyst

Overview

Responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, supervision and advanced support of a portfolio of service delivery applications. Participate in the deployment and configuration of application environments. Contribute to the integration of new customer products and services. Document applications, environments and operational procedures. Handle and triage level 2 and 3 incidents and anomalies. Assist in diagnosing complex incidents. Analyze application logs and WebService traffic. Monitor applications and maintain monitoring systems. Manage alerts and define associated response procedures.

Qualifications

• 3 years\' experience in application support in demanding production environments
• Application log analysis
• WebServices (REST / SOAP)
• SQL
• Web architecture
• Cloud application monitoring (AWS)
• Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
