Responsibilities

• RUN management: Monitor incidents, requests and changes
• Coordinate actions with technical teams and service providers
• Ensure compliance with service levels (SLA)s and track operational metrics
• Plan and support production deployments
• Maintain documentation, procedures and runbooks
• Support users and stakeholders in adopting solutions
• BUILD management: Collect, analyze and challenge business requirements
• Build, prioritize and run the product backlog
• Write and track User Stories in collaboration with technical teams
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and increment planning sessions
• Coordinate various contributors to ensure progress on topics
• Lead continuous improvement actions and automation initiatives

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) processes
• Proficiency in Agile practices: backlog management, User Stories, prioritization, planning
• Experience in operational application monitoring and incident management
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external providers
• Comfortable communicating with both business and technical stakeholders
