Role

Product Manager & Marketing Communication

Your mission?

You will join the Sales & Marketing team dedicated to Aerospace & Healthcare markets—fast-growing segments where commercial performance also relies on the quality of the offer and the relevance of communication. Our department supports the BU in turning customer needs into value: we shape the offer, support sales, and strengthen Lynxeo’s visibility internationally.

As a Product Manager & Marketing Communication, you will help accelerate this momentum and strengthen our commercial impact.

Concretely

• You contribute to evolving the offer portfolio. You manage and drive the product range and pricing, aligning them with market expectations (obsolescence, creation of new products, certifications/qualifications) in close coordination with the Sales & Marketing Director.
• You build commercial performance by improving profitability, in direct connection with the Sales team.
• You ensure the execution of strategic projects to transform the BU’s portfolio.
• You accelerate Lynxeo’s visibility through product and corporate communication initiatives.
• You lead in a structured, business-minded way: analysis, decisions, and clear presentations to bring stakeholders on board.
• You work daily with the Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Technical Services teams.

Qualifications & Skills

Your strengths to succeed in this role?

• Bac+4/5 (Business School or Master in Marketing / International Business).
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial and international Sales & Marketing, including experience with offer management, pricing, margins, and customer relationship (and/or evolution of the offer in connection with R&D).
• Fluent French and English, spoken and written (another language is a plus).
• PowerPoint & Excel expert, comfortable with data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (business-oriented: producing effective materials, with the ability to convince).
• A plus if you have an interest in AI.
