He/she is a privileged technical contact between operational teams and the manufacturer.**Job Description**SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIESTechnical expertise
- Source, synthesize and disseminate technical product information (developments, applications, catalogs, etc.)
- Act as a technical reference for internal and external stakeholders and intervene on customer installations (technical support, diagnostics, etc.)
- Ensure the technical proposal of service and maintenance offers
- Participate in the appraisal of complex litigation cases based on expert appraisals, in collaboration with the Service Department
- Support purchasing teams by providing technical expertise to rationalize purchasing strategy (suppliers, costs, etc.)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of products and be a driving force in solving technical problems, in collaboration with the manufacturer
- Monitor technical developments (applications, functionalities, etc.)
Operational support- Help support operational teams (technical data sheets, maintenance, etc.) on a product range- Retrieve and track product operating procedures and maintenance plans
Manufacturer support- Be the privileged contact the builder (information information reporting, etc.)- Make the technical case for warranties and present the inherent costs to the manufacturer
Technical training- Design and run internal and external training courses (operational teams, customers, etc.) on the product range (functionalities, developments, etc.)- Participate in the continuous improvement of the technical training offer
RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION
- Accompany and support internal and external stakeholders on a range of products
- Contribute to the training of internal and external stakeholders on a range of products
- Contribute to optimizing product maintenance
- Manage and negotiate requests for exceptional financial contributions from the manufacturer
- Act as a privileged contact for internal and external stakeholders (manufacturers, customers, operational teams, etc.)
- Know and apply internal and external compliance procedures and rules
PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGEDIPLOMA(S) AND/OR EXPERIENCE(S)5 years' higher education in a technical or engineering field and/or 5 years' significant experience preferred
