They are actively contributing to the evolution of Industry 4.0, supporting industrial clients in sectors such as agro-industry, pharmaceuticals, and energy through automation, process supervision, and industrial project delivery.
Role Overview
To support continued growth, the company is hiring a Business Engineer – Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation (EIA) on a permanent contract.
You will work closely with the Business Manager to manage projects from proposal to delivery—overseeing technical, commercial, and financial aspects. Acting as the key point of contact for clients, you will ensure smooth execution throughout the project lifecycle, from design to commissioning.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and negotiate offers for EIA projects.
- Manage project execution from design to final client handover, ensuring objectives in scope, schedule, and budget are met.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling technical and commercial requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships while developing new business opportunities.
- Ensure detailed follow-up and regular reporting of project and business activities.
- Uphold company standards in safety, quality, and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) or higher in electrical engineering, automation, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing industrial projects in automation, electrical, or instrumentation environments.
- Knowledge of industry-specific norms and regulations; experience in the nuclear sector is a plus.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a structured and detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Awareness of safety and compliance practices.
