Private Personal Assistant, Paris
Our client, a European high-profile personality, requires an experienced and energetic Private Personal Assistant to provide first class support across their private and social calendars as well as managing their day-to-day personal needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic Private Personal Assistant to support a Principal based in Europe with frequent periods in Paris. In this particular environment, trust, discretion, and mutual respect are essential.
While the role naturally involves high-level support across a busy lifestyle, it is best suited to someone who enjoys being immersed in a Principal’s day-to-day life, someone who takes pride in making things run seamlessly behind the scenes.
Candidates must be willing and able to commit completely to the role and be available to answer the needs sometimes at short notice. Excellent communication and prioritization skills are crucial.
The successful candidate will ideally have a background in the hospitality sector or having supported a high-level Principal.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Maintaining and coordinating the Principal’s personal diary Booking travel, restaurants or social events Confidentially liaising with different correspondents Booking private appointments and accompanying the Principal to different appointments when needed Handling correspondence and screening calls and enquiries Household management – post, deliveries, maintenance, household staff Taking care of house maintenance, overseeing technicians and contractors, checking services and domestic appliances Taking care of personal shopping and arrange other general errands Keeping detailed lists/reports of all expenditures and costs Keeping contact sheet up to date
Candidates must be / have:
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Private PA supporting senior executives, founders, UHNW individuals or family offices Strong experience operating within both private and professional environments Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously Emotionally intelligent, discreet and highly professional at all times Problem solver, service-oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong research and organizational capabilities with the confidence to work independently and proactively Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information with maturity and discretion Naturally hands-on with a low-ego and collaborative approach Able to build trusted relationships whilst maintaining professionalism and boundaries With a practical and solutions-focused mindset Degree educated strongly preferred but not essential Must be happy working full-time from Paris, with occasional flexibility available where required Strong, verifiable references French Speaker, fluent in English Tech-savvy Driving license
