Responsible for the daily life and travels of a private family in Dubai.

Responsibilities (English)

• Provide a personalised high‑end service to the family.
• Manage wardrobe and ensure care of personal belongings.
• Prepare luggage and organise packing for travels.
• Ensure table service on a daily basis and during private receptions.
• Accompany the family during all their trips.
• Anticipate the family's needs with discretion, professionalism and efficiency.
• Ensure smooth organisation of private areas and overall comfort.
• Collaborate with other household staff if required.

Responsibilities (French)

• Assurer un service personnalisé et haut de gamme auprès de la famille.
• Gérer la garde-robe et veiller à l'entretien des effets personnels.
• Préparer les bagages et organiser le packing pour les voyages.
• Assurer le service à table au quotidien et lors des réceptions privées.
• Accompagner la famille durant l'ensemble de ses déplacements.
• Anticiper les besoins de la famille avec discrétion, professionnalisme et efficacité.
• Veiller à la bonne organisation des espaces privés et au confort général.
• Collaborer avec les autres membres du personnel de maison si nécessaire.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar position within a private household.
• Excellent presentation and strong sense of service.
• High level of discretion, rigor and professionalism.
• Ability to travel regularly with the family.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent priority management.
• Autonomy, adaptability and availability.
• Fluent English required.
• International experience would be a real asset.

Benefits & Conditions

• Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• Contract: Permanent (CDI).
• Position: Not live-in.
• Schedule: 5 days out of 7, with 2 days off per week.
• Holidays: 30 days per year.
• Salary: AED 22,000 per month (~€6,400 gross).
• Relocation support: housing search, visa, medical and administrative formalities.
• Travel: flights and accommodation fully covered; travel allowance of €50 per travel day.
