Presales Solutions Consultant
A fast-growing cyber security platform provider is looking for a Solutions Engineer to support enterprise sales engagements and act as the technical bridge between customers and the commercial team.
This role sits at the heart of the pre‑sales process, working closely with sales, partners and customers to demonstrate value, deliver technical validation, and support complex security deployments.
The Role
As a Solutions Engineer you will play a key role in helping customers understand and adopt modern cyber security solutions.
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the technical lead in pre‑sales engagements with enterprise customers
- Delivering product demonstrations, technical workshops and proof‑of‑concept deployments
- Supporting customers in designing and implementing cyber security solutions
- Working closely with sales teams to progress complex technical deals
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing expert product guidance
- Collaborating with product teams to provide customer feedback and feature requests
- Supporting technical enablement activities including training, knowledge sharing and documentation
- Participating in customer events, presentations and industry engagements
- Staying up to date with emerging security technologies and platform capabilities
Experience
We are looking for someone with a strong technical background in cyber security who enjoys working directly with customers and supporting complex technical sales processes.
You may come from a Solutions Engineering, Security Engineering, Architecture, SOC or Professional Services background .
