Pre-Sales Manager - Northern Europe & DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer requirements to propose the most appropriate technical and functional solution.
  • Manage and assist sales teams in responding to tenders.
  • Support sales prospecting: provide contextualised product demonstrations and participate in qualified meetings to analyse needs and answer technical questions.
  • Coordinate responses to calls for tenders:
    • Organize the qualification phase and Go/No Go decision-making process for opportunities.
    • Analyse functional requirements to define the best solution for client needs.
    • Develop the response strategy with the sales team, including value proposition and differentiating arguments.
    • Manage bid processes for strategic tenders.
    • Coordinate all teams involved in the response (sales, product & tech, customer success, etc.).
    • Contribute to drafting the technical proposal.
    • Prepare administrative documents, ensure document management related to tenders, and validate the final offer.
    • Take part in pitch presentations to showcase the product.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the pre-sales and tender response processes.
  • Define product vision and roadmap:
    • Propose product developments and contribute to the product roadmap.
    • Contribute to technological and competitive intelligence and participate in discussions on product developments.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and German (C1/C2 level); fluency in any other European language is a plus.
  • Graduate of a business or engineering school, or an equivalent.
  • First professional experience in sales, pre-sales, or project management.
  • Comfortable working in demanding environments where attention to detail matters.
  • Strong organizational skills.
