Portfolio Manager
Overview
Location: Paris, France, with flexibility for hybrid arrangements. Business conducted in English.
Our client is a leading European private equity firm dedicated to the energy transition, with a strong track record spanning more than 20 years. The firm invests across European markets and beyond in a wide range of renewable energy technologies, supporting platforms that drive the next chapter of the energy transition.
As the firm prepares for the next chapter of fundraising and portfolio growth, the Renewable Energy team is strengthening its Portfolio Management function. You will join a small, senior team that operates as the analytical backbone between deal teams, the Investment Committee and Limited Partners.
This is a hybrid role, neither a pure middle office function nor an investment seat. The position is open to either Associate or Principal level, with the final calibration based on calibre and fit.
Your Mission
You will help raise the bar on portfolio oversight at our client.
You will go beyond reporting. You will anticipate issues and opportunities at fund and portfolio level, surface trade-offs before they reach the Investment Committee, and sharpen how senior leadership approaches portfolio decisions.
