Infrastructure Investment Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Manager to join a leading infrastructure investment firm based in Paris. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and entrepreneurial team, focusing on mid‑cap to large‑cap infrastructure investments across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in the origination, evaluation, and execution of infrastructure investments, with a focus on sectors such as transport, energy, digital, and social infrastructure.
• Conduct financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence to assess potential investment opportunities.
• Assist in structuring and negotiating transactions, working closely with senior team members and external advisors.
• Support the active management of portfolio companies, including monitoring financial performance, identifying value creation initiatives, and participating in strategic decision‑making.
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal committees and external stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with market trends, regulatory developments, and industry dynamics to identify attractive investment opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 4–6 years of experience in infrastructure investment, with a strong background in buyside transactions from a top‑tier investment bank, private equity fund, or infrastructure investment firm.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills, with experience in project finance and M&A transactions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and contribute to deal execution in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with a strong understanding of infrastructure investment fundamentals.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; another European language is a plus but not a requirement.
