Planning Assistant - Tours & Rentals
Holland Bikes is a Franco-Dutch company specialized in the rental and sale of classic and electric bikes, accessories, as well as bike repair and maintenance across France.
But that’s not all: we also offer bike rentals and guided tours in some of the most beautiful cities in the world such as Paris, Versailles, Bordeaux, Nice, Lyon… and even New York!
Paris isour largest rental location supported by the Planning team based at our headquarters (15th arrondissement), which coordinates all tours and rentals.
The team can work from home a few days a week.
At the heart of this role: delivering an outstanding customer experience, from the very first contact to the return of the bike.
Tasks
As a key point of contact, you play a central role in shaping the customer experience. You are both an organizer and a true ambassador of Holland Bikes.
Be the first point of contact for customers, representing Holland Bikes with warm, responsive, and professional communication (email & phone)
Guide customers from initial inquiry to booking, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience
Handle day-to-day operations (creating rental contracts, assisting with bookings)
Schedule guided tours according to the availability of multilingual tour guides
Turn unexpected situations or customer dissatisfaction into opportunities for loyalty, by providing quick and effective solutions
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience
Requirements
Customer service mindset and organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
Communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining clear priorities
Interest in tourism
Proactive approach to anticipating customer needs and improving satisfaction
Fluent in both French and English (required), Dutch (preferred)
