We are a Dutch-French company renting and selling classic and electric bikes, accessories, we offering repair services — but above all, we organize guided bike tours in some of the most beautiful cities : Paris,Versailles, Nice, Lyon, New York… and of course Bordeaux.✨

To help visitors discover this iconic destination in a unique way, we are looking for our next Rental Agent to join our Holland Bikes Tours & Rentals shop in Bordeaux.

The position:

Full-time job

Work at the weekend, 2 consecutive days off during the week

From May

You will be the first smile our visitors meet — and often the last memory they take home.

Tasks

As a Rental Agent, you represent Holland Bikes on the ground.

Your goal: to deliver a smooth, friendly and memorable customer experience, whether for a bike rental or a guided tour.

Your main responsibilities include:

Welcoming, guiding and advising customers

Checking bikes before and after rentals or tours

Using our booking and rental software on a daily basis

Handling payments and cash register management

Managing the bike fleet to ensure bikes are clean, well-organized and always ready to ride

Requirements

A first experience in tourism is required (training provided upon arrival)

You enjoy cycling, interacting with people

You are fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus!)

You live in Bordeaux or nearby
