We are a Dutch-French company renting and selling classic and electric bikes, accessories, and offering repair services — but above all, we organize guided bike tours in some of the most beautiful cities : Paris,Versailles, Nice, Bordeaux, New York… and of course Lyon.✨
To help visitors discover this iconic destination in a unique way, we are looking for our next **Bike Rental Agent** to join our Holland Bikes Tours & Rentals shop in Lyon.
You will be the first smile our visitors meet — and often the last memory they take home.
## Tasks
As a Rental Agent, you represent Holland Bikes on the ground.
Your goal: to deliver a smooth, friendly and memorable customer experience, whether for a bike rental or a guided tour.
Your main responsibilities include
Welcoming, guiding and advising customers Assisting customers with bike Checking bikes before and after rentals or tours Using our booking and rental software on a daily basis Handling payments and cash register management Managing the bike fleet to ensure bikes are clean, well-organized and always ready to ride
## Requirements
A first experience in tourism is required (training provided upon arrival) You enjoy cycling, interacting with people **You are fluent in French, English (Dutch is a plus!)** You live in Lyon or nearby
