Planner

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to support the successful delivery of a large-scale, technically complex construction project in Paris. This role will be critical in driving programme performance, ensuring alignment across engineering, procurement, and construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
• Create fully integrated EPC programmes covering engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases
• Monitor project progress and provide accurate reporting on schedule performance, risks, and critical path
• Conduct schedule analysis, including float analysis, delay analysis, and scenario planning
• Work closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure programme alignment
• Lead planning meetings and coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders
• Identify potential delays and propose mitigation strategies
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly progress reports to senior stakeholders
• Support change management processes and assess programme impacts

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Planner / Senior Planner on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong expertise in Primavera P6 (essential)
• Experience working within EPC environments
• Solid understanding of project controls, scheduling methodologies, and reporting
• Ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary project schedules
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in English (French is advantageous but not essential)
• Experience on highly regulated or technically complex projects
• Familiarity with earned value management (EVM)
• Previous experience working in France or wider Europe
