PIPING INSTALLATION ENGINEERING COORDINATOR

We are currently recruiting for a Piping Installation Engineering Coordinator to support the successful delivery of piping installation activities across a major LNG development; the position is located full time in Paris. This role acts as a discipline specialist, ensuring high‑quality execution of piping installation studies, effective coordination across multidisciplinary interfaces, and adherence to all required project procedures and documentation standards.

Role & Requirements

• Develop a strong and rapid understanding of the Piping Installation discipline and its interfaces with Project, Process, Civil, Electrical & Instrumentation and other engineering areas.
• Manage and understand piping material quantities, including take‑offs, procurement needs and construction follow‑up.
• Coordinate effectively within a multidisciplinary and multicultural team environment.
• Monitor, track and report on subcontracted piping installation activities.
• Interpret and utilise project documentation including P&IDs, UIDs, Engineering & Construction Standards, Line Lists, Piping Classes, Unit Layouts and Key Plans.
• Apply the quality procedures, verification colour codes, document templates and document control requirements.
• Ensure all produced documents meet expected technical accuracy, clarity, volume of information and presentation quality.
• Ensure correct document numbering, title block completion and compliance with contractual language requirements.
• Work in line with project planning objectives and deliverable schedules as provided.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in the Energy sector (LNG, Hydrogen, Carbon Capture, Mining & Metals or related).
• Strong understanding of engineering documents including P&IDs, layouts, isometrics and 3D model references.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both French and English.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills with the ability to consolidate complex technical information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary engineering teams and with structured project procedures and standards.
