Logistic Coordinator

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join a major EPC project and support logistics activities within a dynamic offshore project environment.

In this role, you will work closely with the project team to ensure the safe and compliant execution of logistics operations, including loadouts, lifting operations, deliveries, storage, and stock management. You will play a key role in coordinating logistics flows, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring that all logistics activities meet project requirements, budget, and schedule constraints.

• Support the project team in the coordination and execution of logistics activities, including loadouts, liftings, deliveries, and storage operations.
• Ensure the safe execution of logistics operations in compliance with project procedures, customs regulations, and project requirements.
• Maintain and update daily stock management and cargo tracking, ensuring all equipment and materials stored within your scope are properly recorded.
• Coordinate and manage logistics documentation, including work orders, commercial invoices, packing lists, manifests, customs declarations, AWB/BL documents, and invoices.
• Ensure logistics files are accurate, complete, and compliant, maintaining a strong archive system for all logistics records.
• Coordinate with local subcontractors, suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers, providing clear instructions and ensuring services are delivered according to project requirements.
• Monitor the performance of logistics providers and agencies, ensuring services are delivered in line with project expectations.
• Track and manage the movement of goods and equipment between storage areas, worksites, and vessels, including the issuance of cargo manifests.
• Ensure import and export operations are properly managed and compliant with local customs and transport regulations.
• Follow up and report logistics-related project costs and commitments.
• Maintain updated shipping status tracking systems and provide daily logistics stock reports to the project team.
• Coordinate with the Personnel Logistics Team to monitor personnel logistics movements when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics coordination within a project environment, preferably involving complex logistics operations.
• Knowledge of transport, shipping documentation, and customs compliance procedures.
• Experience coordinating with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and subcontractors.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage logistics documentation and tracking systems.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations.
• Good communication and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders (project team, subcontractors, logistics providers, and authorities).
• Ability to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements.
