Site Quality Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Site Quality Manager to lead Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities on a major LNG construction project.

You will bring strong expertise in on‑site quality supervision, broad technical knowledge across multiple engineering disciplines, and a proven background working on EPC projects—ideally with exposure to LNG facilities and projects in France.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee QA/QC activities as part of the Construction Supervision team within a subcontracted execution strategy.
• Conduct regular in-process inspections of construction activities across all relevant disciplines, ensuring alignment with approved inspection plans.
• Review and approve contractor quality documentation including:
• Quality Plans
• Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
• Testing and inspection procedures

Professional Experience

• 10–15 years of on‑site experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and quality supervision.
• Background working on international EPC execution projects.
• Experience in construction supervision under subcontracted execution strategies.
• Experience in LNG projects; additional advantage for experience on projects in France.
• Prior involvement in industrial projects executed under French regulatory frameworks.

Technical Skills

• Ability to review technical documentation across multidisciplinary scopes:
• Civil works
• Structures and buildings
• Mechanical assembly and piping
• Electrical and instrumentation
• Strong understanding of ASME codes, PED requirements, and ATEX compliance.

Qualifications

• Valuable certifications include: IWE, CSWIP, or equivalent inspection/testing qualifications NDT Level II.
• Preferably holds recognized safety and health certifications such as MASE N2, VCA‑VOL, or equivalent.
