Job Title: Payroll Specialist
Job Location: Paris, France
Main Responsibilities
- Manage with the team the monthly payroll of local employees in the rep office, including maintaining payroll accounts, reviewing payroll data, and submitting payroll data, to ensure that compensation is promptly and accurately distributed according to the payroll calendar.
- Participate on the monthly IIT payment, annual tax filing, and annual IIT audit of local employees and expatriates in the rep office, to ensure the timely tax payment and filing of the subsidiary, while complying with tax regulations.
- Manage with the local team the health insurance/sick leaves/IJSS reconciliation refund amounts with the CPAM for the employees in the rep office.
- Participate with the team for the severance pay for exit employees and benefits of the rep office.
- Profit sharing calculation in compliance with company agreements.
- Liaise with various partners to support activity (URSSAF, HUMANIS, Accounting, tax, auditors etc.).
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Payroll Specialist or a similar role.
- Deep knowledge on payroll rules and management in France.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Fluency in French and English.
