Partner Sales Account Manager

Your Role
As a Partners Sales Account Manager in Paris , you will be in charge of establishing C-level relationships with the Adobe partner ecosystem and scaling the partner organization to improve the sales coverage of Adobe Digital Experience (DX) organization. Your responsibilities include:
- Set up an executive engagement plan of the partner ecosystem.
- Use top partners as key enablers for groundbreaking deals.
- Align with the Adobe International Partner Team on strategy with strategic partners.
- Develop close collaboration with ISVs and local GTM leaders.
- Ensure a balanced local partner ecosystem covering all product lines.
- Build pipeline, drive it, and support the sales team to close partner-qualified and sourced opportunities.
- Continuously align partner strategy with sales business priorities.
The role involves engaging partner C‑level executives, supporting partner initiatives around skill development on Adobe technologies, driving incentives to generate pipeline, participating in executive meetings to support partner alignment, ensuring C‑level customer participation in joint events, supporting sales leaders in establishing partner strategy, and collaborating with internal consulting to ensure success of joint engagements.
What You'll Need To Succeed
A successful background in Software or SaaS sales/channel sales with:
- 8‑10 years’ experience in a quota‑based channel sales role, preferably with a recurring revenue or SaaS organization.
- Keen understanding of a variety of marketing automation platforms.
- High achievement of revenue goals and objectives within a complex client acquisition‑driven business, preferably in the mid‑market or enterprise space.
- Deep knowledge of how businesses work and a passion for helping businesses become wildly successful.
- Quick learning of technical concepts and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Master communication, organization, collaboration, flexibility, and a proven track record of getting things done in ambiguous environments.
- Fluency in English and French; additional European languages appreciated.
Location & Travel
This role is based in Paris and may require upwards of 25% travel (domestically and/or internationally) to meet with partners, including overnight stays or week‑long stays at partner locations.
