We're looking for an Operations & Application Support Engineer to support large-scale digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 application and production support
• Monitor application health and infrastructure performance
• Resolve incidents and service requests
• Support deployments, releases, and rollback activities
• Maintain operational documentation and knowledge base
• Collaborate with DevSecOps, Architects and DBAs
• Support Linux environments, APIs, middleware and web platforms
• Contribute to automation and continuous service improvement

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in Application Support or IT Operations
• 2+ years in L2 Support
• ITIL knowledge
• Monitoring & Observability tools
• APIs & Middleware experience

Additional Requirements

• Participation in an on-site on-call rotation and occasional extended-hours support.
• French language skills are a plus
• ITIL or Kubernetes certifications are a plus
