We're Hiring: Onsite Deskside Support – Backfill Engineer | France

We are currently seeking an Onsite Deskside Support Backfill Engineer to provide essential cover across multiple locations in France. This is a great opportunity for junior IT professionals or students looking to gain hands-on experience in a corporate IT environment.

• Provide desk-side support during periods when the primary engineer is on leave
• Assist with basic hardware/software troubleshooting and user support
• Ensure continuity of IT services during scheduled absences
• Collaborate with the primary engineer and local IT teams for smooth handovers
• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience , or a capable and motivated IT student
• Strong communication skills in both French and English
• Ability to work independently and follow existing support protocols
• Flexibility to be deployed at any of the listed locations as needed

Note : A backfill engineer will only be required when the primary engineer is unavailable. If a new backfill is needed due to unavailability, the vendor will cover all training costs .
