Muxon is looking for an experienced Unified Communications Expert on behalf of a leading global player in the energy sector, focused on infrastructure and sustainable transformation. The position is based in La Défense, France, and offers the opportunity to join a long-term digital transformation program involving Microsoft Teams telephony and video conferencing services across the organization.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in unified communications operations and production
• Technical expertise in networking
• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams (Phone, AutoAttendants, CallQueues, direct routing)
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Intune autopilot/autologin
• Proficiency with automation tools (PowerShell, Graph API, PowerApps, PowerAutomate)
• French proficiency (C1 minimum) and English (B2 minimum)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the evolution and transformation of ToIP and Microsoft Teams video conferencing (Teams Rooms)
• Analyze business needs and produce technical specifications and functional documentation
• Implement technical service requests and manage configuration changes
• Provide Level 3 support for Microsoft Teams Telephony and MTR incidents
• Drive the transformation of unified communications: fixed-line management, device catalog strategy, and migration planning
• Coordinate change management, update technical documentation, and oversee incident resolution (including RCA)
• Ensure operational performance and sustainability of infrastructure (capacity planning, obsolescence management)
• Permanent full-time position based in La Défense
• 2 days of remote work per week
