We are proudly representing a leading global MRO business in their search for an Inside Sales Representative to join the Parts Supply Division in Paris.

The role

The Inside Sales Support will play a key role in driving revenue growth through exceptional customer support, handling enquiries, and supporting sales operations. This position requires proactive engagement with customers, accurate order management, and strong collaboration with internal teams across sales, product lines, quality control, warehouse, and finance.

Key responsibilities as Inside Sales Support:

• Managing customer enquiries, complaints, and order processes efficiently.
• Supporting sales staff and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Following up on quotations and identifying opportunities for new business.
• Promoting new product offerings and maintaining customer relationships.
• Ensuring accurate system records and contributing to sales reporting.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous sales or aviation industry experience is preferred - with an understanding of engine and airframe materials.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Multilingual skills are an advantage.
