OneStream Project Lead H/F

Our client is a large international company looking for a OneStream Project Lead H/F to be based in Paris.

As part of internal Finance Transformation, they are seeking someone who will lead the integration of OneStream and act as the main point of contact for senior leadership regarding the project roadmap and key deliverables.

The role also involves managing relationships with end‑users, external consultants, and the software vendor. This is a high‑responsibility position due to the international scope of the company.

What will I be doing?

As a OneStream Project Lead H/F, your responsibilities will include:

• Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of the OneStream consolidation solution, from design to hypercare.
• Coordinate all project stakeholders involved in this high‑stakes system implementation, including consolidation and controlling teams, audit, IT, the integrator, and the software vendor.
• Drive project governance by organizing committees, tracking milestones, and ensuring clear communication and proper documentation.
• Define and maintain the project plan, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery across all phases of the project.
• Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, validate functional specifications, and challenge needs and assumptions to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Support change management, user training, and adoption of new consolidation processes, while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Monitor project performance and implement continuous improvement actions.

What kind of skills and background will I need to have?

With a master’s degree (Bac+5) in finance and/or information systems, you ideally have 7 years + of professional experience working with SAP BFC (Magnitude) and OneStream or similar consolidation tools.

You also have strong knowledge of financial processes (consolidation, budgeting, planning, reporting) and proven experience in managing complex projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Ideally, you have previously participated in the deployment of a financial system, either from an internal role or a consulting perspective.

You are comfortable managing senior leadership expectations and navigating relationships with all stakeholders involved in the project.

Fluency in English is required.
