Finance Manager, Nefab France
Nefab Group is on a growth journey, and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. Our Finance and Accounts organization is vital for us to manage Nefab's financial health including budgeting, pricing, financial reporting etc. We are now looking for a Finance Manager to join our team in Nefab France.
Responsibilities
As the Finance Manager you will be responsible for supervising each monthly close, preparing financial reports, consolidating forecasts and budgets, managing treasury and cash flow, and complying with local tax obligations. You will contribute to controlling activities and leadership to improve WoW and efficiency.
In the finance team, you will have to work together with members of both the local team and the Group HQ. You have to foster stronger cross-functional alignment within the organization and support the integration of newly acquired companies.
This position is located in Salbris, and you will report to the local Managing Director in France.
Qualifications
- Experience in finance and controlling roles, solid understanding of costing (including standard costing) within industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Excel competence on high level.
- Experience in international environments and corporate reporting.
- Experience in ERP implementation and digitalization projects.
- Fluent in French and English, oral and written.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset.
- Strong eye for detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration or equivalent.
