Marketing & Investor Relations
Selby Jennings are working with an investment management company that are seeking an experienced Marketing & Investor Relations professional to join our Paris-based team on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave. The ideal candidate will bring approximately five years of experience in financial marketing, with exposure to Private Equity, Asset Management, or Investor Relations environments.
This role is positioned as a senior coordination and support function, rather than direct investor relationship ownership. The successful candidate will be autonomous, detail-oriented, and skilled in producing high-quality written materials in both French and English.
Location: Paris
Maternity Cover - Mid April until September (potential of extension)
Key Responsibilities
- French Investor Relations Coordination: Lead and manage local IR activities for the French market.
- Investor Reporting: Contribute to the preparation and delivery of recurring investor reports and related materials.
- LP Meeting Coordination: Organize and manage Limited Partner meetings involving French Partners, including scheduling, briefing materials, and follow-up.
- Communications & Press Releases: Draft, edit, and distribute investor communications, press releases, and related external content.
- Event Support: Assist in planning and coordinating participation in major industry events (e.g., IPEM, SuperReturn, CEO Club).
- CRM Management: Maintain and update DealCloud and ensure data accuracy across CRM workflows.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of experience in financial marketing , ideally within Private Equity , Asset Management , or Investor Relations .
- Strong writing and communication skills in French and English .
- High level of autonomy, organization, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint , and CRM tools (DealCloud experience is a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
