The Opportunity

As part of the Group’s transformation and the implementation of the Group’s Future Forward strategic plan, TP Group (formerly Teleperformance) is looking for an enthusiastic Investor Relations & Financial Communication Manager. Integrated into an agile, committed, and strategic team, you will report to the Deputy Head of Investor Relations & Financial Communication and work closely with the SVP Communications and Investor Relations as well as with the Group’s senior management.

The Responsibilities & Duties

  • Developing and implementing the investor relations strategy to enhance the Group's visibility and investor engagement
  • Drafting and producing investor materials: press releases, universal reference documents, presentations, newsletters to shareholders, Q&A
  • Organizing investor events (financial results webcasts, roadshows, meetings, site visits)
  • Developing and implementing a consistent narrative across the different materials in coordination with the corporate communication department
  • Participating in investor and analyst meetings (roadshows, investors conferences)
  • Maintaining the “Investors” section of the website up to date
  • Collaborating closely with internal departments from finance, legal and CSR
  • Monitoring consensus and analyzing analysts’ valuation models to enrich team recommendations
  • Conducting sector and competitors monitoring to provide the management with strategic thinking
  • Managing and analyzing the investor’s CRM to strengthen shareholding and optimize targeting
  • Developing relationships with individual shareholders

The First-Year Objectives

  • Deliver accurate, consistent investor documentation (PRs, URD, decks, Q&A)
  • On-time and excellent delivery; consistent narrative across all investor & corporate materials
  • Ability to develop creative ideas to tell the story and present the strategy
  • Full ownership of some projects: website update + shareholder's newsletter
  • Successfully monitor and analyze analyst models and consensus evolution
  • Smooth relationships with sell-side analysts
  • Consensus 100% up to date, with proactive analysis to identify discrepancies with internal expectations
  • Provide actionable insights through continuous market and peer analysis
  • Good understanding of the industry/the company
  • Conduct regular peer and sector benchmarking
  • Insightful financial analyses used in management briefings and integrated into Q&A
  • Proven ability to engage with investors within 12 months
  • Ownership of CRM tool: 100% up to date to track & analyze engagement & optimize targeting
  • Participate in investor meetings, progressive ramp up and increased exposure; successfully built an internal and actionable network
  • Positive feedback from other departments & proven ability to share knowledge
  • Efficient coordination and timely delivery of inputs from all departments

The Qualifications

  • Business school, master’s in finance, or equivalent
  • 5 to 10 years in Investor Relations and Financial Communication, Audit or Corporate Finance, with a versatile profile (writing, back-office, project management skills)
  • Strong interest in financial markets and capital markets issues
  • Excellent writing skills and editorial creativity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an appetite for AI solutions
  • Project management proficiency
  • Native English speaker. Fluency in French is a plus
  • Rigorous, reliable, and highly confidential
  • Curious, analytical, and innovative
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines in a demanding environment
