Position: Marketing Development Officer (MDO)

Reporting To: Area Manager

Qualifications

Education: B.Sc. Agriculture or Diploma in Agriculture

Experience: 2–3 Years in field sales or agri-product marketing (Fertilizers/Pesticides)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field demonstrations and farmer awareness programs.
• Promote Aastha Organics products directly to farmers and retailers.
• Achieve monthly sales and recovery targets in assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and influencers.
• Collect field data, product performance feedback, and competitor insights.
• Organize farmer meetings, crop seminars, and dealer support activities.
• Ensure visibility of Aastha Organics products through local promotions.
