Experience

  • 4–5 Years in sales & marketing of fertilizers, pesticides, or related agri-products

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve area-wise monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Supervise and guide MDOs to execute field-level marketing activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and progressive farmers.
  • Conduct field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and promotional programs.
  • Monitor inventory, ensure timely order booking and payment collection.
  • Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and share regular reports with management.
  • Support Regional Manager in business planning and expansion strategies.
