Editorial Coverage/ Sample Trafficking

• Support global editorial and VIP request for MM6.
• Coordinate and proactively respond to all editorial requests in a timely manner.
• Prioritize editorials and supply of samples to optimize coverage.
• Cultivate, foster and maintain strong relationships with assistants and editors at all print and digital publications, as well as stylists and their assistants.
• Maintain weekly activity reports of samples sent out each week.
• Schedule, facilitate and handle editor and stylist appointments as necessary.
• Ensure that samples are returned in favorable condition and liaise with publication on invoicing and repairs if anything is returned damaged or lost.

Seasonal MM6 Shows / Films & Pre-Collection presentations

• Support MM6 Global Senior PR Officer on fashion show logistics: seating, backstage, film/photo, interviews, VIP dressing and accommodations, fittings, assembling reviews for seasonal shows.
• Support and implement global roll-out plans for film releases.
• Organize and support press attendance at Pre-Collection presentations and ensure coverage of those collections as needed.
• Coordinate with International Press Offices to brief them on seasonal roll-out strategies and supervise samples to and from International Offices.

Intl PR Agencies

• Attend and contribute to briefings with International PR offices and Agencies to keep them informed on HQ plans for MM6, product pushes and sample status.
• Liaise with International PR offices and Agencies to ensure all press targets and execution are on brand.
• Manage dispatch and return of duplicate collections to and from international offices.

VIP & Celebrities

• Profile and research events.
• Fittings.
• Support placements on brand-appropriate celebrity placements and dressing for MM6.

Editorial VIP Coverage / Product & News placements

• Proactively work on fashion placements and remain informed which stories and trends magazines are working on.
• Work with MM6 Global Senior PR Officer to proactively pitch product placements.
• Distribute approved press releases and brand imagery to International Offices, relevant press and stylists.

Lookbooks

• Seasonal distribution of digital lookbooks to relevant editors, stylists and international offices.

Samples

• Manage and execute the ordering of seasonal press sample sets.
• Manage and execute sample trafficking teams. Ensure that samples are well maintained, shipping procedures are streamlined.
• Support MM6 Global Senior PR Officer to ensure optimal use of samples for top tier magazines and celebrities.

Showroom & Shopping Area

• Supervise the showroom and shipping team, communicate clearly and precisely on deadlines, recipients' addresses, pro-formas, etc.
• Ensure samples are kept in favorable condition.
• Manage sample trafficking teams to ensure that shipping procedures are streamlined.
• Invoice magazines for lost or damaged samples.

Credit Information

• Oversee and ensure proper credit information for MM6 is relayed to all requesting publications.

Collaborations MM6

• Support MM6 Global Senior PR Officer for celebrity seeding of MM6 x Collab products.
• Reach out to VIPs, agents and collect all information needed for seedings.

Reporting

• Generate and assemble all reports for all product categories including MM/MM6, special projects, VIP, collaborations.
• Ensure that weekly and monthly reports are distributed in the correct format, to all necessary recipients and contain all relevant information.
• Oversee intern in keeping track of all published and forthcoming credits and managing monthly editorial credit report.
• Run monthly editorial reports and competitive analysis reports using DMR; pro‑actively work on increasing year‑over‑year coverage.
• Produce and send weekly press clippings to OTB and suitable international MM stakeholders.
• Organize and work with Head of PR to produce all editorial recaps.

Seeding

• Together with MM6 Global Senior PR Officer compile a list for key members of the press, influencers, VIPs who should receive gifts to optimize coverage and results.
• Coordinate with teams to receive gifts and ship them in a timely manner.

In-Store Events, store openings

• Support MM6 Global Senior PR Officer to obtain press coverage of in‑store events and store openings as suitable.

Competitive & Industry

• Stay up to date on industry trends, editorial changes and competitors' initiatives.

Other

• Support MM6 Global Senior PR Officer for pitching magazines and editorial sites for product pushes.
• Support MM6 Global Senior PR Officer for pitching MM6 event coverage to editorial sites.

MISC

• Interact with the studio and merchandizing to loan pieces for fittings and retrieve prototypes.

Skills and experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting press releases, articles, and social media content.
• Expertise in media relations and building connections with journalists, influencers, and stakeholders.
• Experience developing and executing PR campaigns and managing brand reputation.
• Proven ability to handle crisis communication and maintain a positive public image.
• Knowledge of digital PR strategies and social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.
• Strong analytical skills for tracking PR performance, media coverage, and providing actionable insights.
• Fluent French and English required; Italian is a plus.
