M&A Associate / VP (TMT)

We are partnering with a leading global Investment Banking platform to hire an Associate or Vice President within their Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) M&A team in Paris.

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing and well-established franchise, working on complex, cross-border transactions across the European and global TMT landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Execution of M&A transactions across the TMT sector, including sell-side, buy-side, and strategic advisory mandates
• Financial modelling, valuation analysis (DCF, LBO, comparables), and preparation of client materials
• Managing due diligence processes and coordinating with clients, lawyers, and other advisors
• Supporting senior bankers in client relationship management and origination efforts
• Mentoring and overseeing Analysts (for VP level candidates)

Candidate Profile

• Experience within Investment Banking, ideally with TMT exposure
• Strong technical skillset across financial modelling and valuation
• Proven experience working on M&A transactions in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to operate in a client-facing role
