Associate

Our client is a leading global financial advisory firm with a strong international presence across Europe, the U.S., and other key markets. The firm is recognised for its independent advice and long-standing relationships with corporates, financial sponsors, and sovereign clients.

The platform provides strategic and financial advisory across M&A, capital markets, restructuring, and private capital solutions, with a dedicated focus on infrastructure and real assets. The role is at Associate level and based in Paris, within a state of the art office at the heart of the firm’s global advisory activities.

WHAT THE JOB INVOLVES

• Analyze industries and companies to identify strategic alternatives, valuation opportunities, and capital raising solutions
• Build advanced financial and valuation models to support M&A, equity, and debt transactions
• Lead and coordinate due diligence, transaction execution, and negotiations through to closing
• Develop comprehensive client presentations, marketing materials, and investment theses from strategic and financial perspectives
• Take ownership of client relationships, managing day to day execution, process oversight, and analyst development

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Excellent academic background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or MBA
• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience including internships in private equity, investment banking, or business consulting
• Strong analytical skills combined with an entrepreneurial and commercially minded approach
• Independent and proactive working style with a collaborative, team oriented attitude
• Full professional fluency in French
