Job Description
What you will be doing
As a low code / no code and automation specialist, you will be at the crossroads of product, technology and growth. Your mission will be to make our lead flows more efficient, build smart automations and internal applications, and keep our CRM systems (Hubspot, Airtable) running smoothly. Part of our technical team, you'll work closely with the Head of Business Operations on strategic projects that support our growth across Europe.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Optimize lead flows: Improve how leads are generated, routed, and converted.
Build automations: Create and maintain workflows with tools like and n8n to reduce manual work.
Build ad hoc tools and applications using low/no code tools for CRM purposes
Manage existing CRM tools: Keep our current build clean, integrated, and adapted to business needs.
Analyze performance: Build dashboards and track KPIs to generate actionable insights.
Experiment & improve: Test new workflows, tools, and approaches, scaling what works.
Enable teams: Document processes and train colleagues to use new tools confidently.
Qualifications
What we are looking for
1–3 years of experience as a junior developer with a focus on low-code tools (e.g. Airtable) and automation solutions , n8n, Zapier, etc.)
Interest in business operations, growth operations, sales/marketing ops, or a related field.
Interest in CRM systems (Hubspot, Airtable) and willingness to learn how to optimize them.
Analytical, data-driven mindset with solid Excel skills (SQL or scripting is a plus).
Problem-solving attitude: you enjoy spotting inefficiencies and finding better ways to work.
Clear communicator, comfortable collaborating across different teams and European countries.
Fluency in English required; French and German a strong plus; other European languages welcome.
