We are seeking a reliable and proactive Local Support Assistant in Belgium to provide essential on-site operational support at our local office. This is not a full-time or part-time employee position.

Work is sporadic and scheduled in advance based on operational needs (e.g., specific days for shipments, inventory checks).

There are no fixed or guaranteed weekly hours .

You will be contacted for specific tasks or interventions as they arise, typically during standard Monday-Friday business hours in Belgium.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Shipment Coordination: Prepare, document, and track all office shipments (incoming/outgoing) with carriers like DHL/Fed

Inventory Management: Perform scheduled checks of office equipment and supplies, maintaining accurate digital records.

On-Site Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for technical troubleshooting, diagnosing hardware/software issues, and liaising with vendors to resolve infrastructure or logistical roadblocks.
